LifeWays Performance Measures LifeWays monitors the performance of our Provider Network through the QMC (Quality Management Council) Performance Dashboard, which is a tool that allows for close monitoring of areas that are: 1) required to be monitored by regulatory or accrediting bodies, 2) of best practice to monitor, or 3) of substantial value to monitor for management purposes. The Performance Dashboard identifies all Key Performance Indicators (measures) that fall into these three categories, including the Strategic Driver to help further define the purpose of monitoring. All indicators are given a target or threshold, and if the target is not met, the Primary Reporting Teams are required to develop a plan of action to address poor performance.
